Luxe 88 is a luxury apartment development in northwest Columbus containing 221 units in two four-story buildings.  An axis through the site connects both buildings’ lavish amenity, lobby, club and fitness functions to create a unified community.  Sullivan Bruck created site capacity studies and provided full design services for the building plans, luxurious unit plans, and rich exterior designs and coordinated with the Owner’s interiors and landscape consultants for the amenity components to create a successful high-end residential development.
