Station 324 seeks to re-stitch the fabric of the neighborhood by responding to both the single-family neighborhood to the west and the industrial context to the east.  An internal street is established that separates the parcel into two urban blocks, each responding to the differing contexts but blending with a dynamic industrial aesthetic.  The main lobby, other building entrances and a pocket park activate the streetscape.   Finally, the heart of the community is a renovated century-old brick warehouse that has been repurposed to be a lively amenity space.
